探访山村锔瓷老艺人

:victory:我喜欢带锔钉的瓷器的原因，是因为欣赏锔瓷的工艺和敬仰前人朴素的生活传统。更重要的原因是锔瓷工艺频临失传或者从其存在的概率来认识的话已经失传。就很想挖掘一下，也很想保护一下。

:handshake2月4日上午，通过集市上干活的白铁匠徐师傅（换壶底、卖铁皮烟囱的）了解到，附近山村里有一个锔瓷老艺人，已经不能干活了，可能老糊涂了吧。 我按照徐师傅的指点，动身去寻访这位老手艺人。

:handshake经过多方打听，在村人的来领下终于找到了老汉的家。

老汉姓秦，耳聋，独居。 说不清自己的年龄，就知道80多了，属兔。 我算了一下竟然86岁了，身体还算结实，就是有些气喘，嘴唇发青。

老艺人毕竟是见过世面的人，耳背，能辨口型交谈，且很健谈。

:handshake交谈得知， 秦老汉老伴走得早，有两子两女。 前年智障的二儿子出车祸走了，大儿子为弟弟打官司，官司没打完突然离世。 现在秦老汉靠两个女儿和大儿媳供养。

秦老汉19岁跟自己的三哥学锔瓷活几个月，三哥不让其打锔钉眼，后跟二哥学活半年，嫌二哥不给工钱就自己单干了。

:handshake秦老汉早期干锔瓷活，后来兼营锵剪子磨菜刀、锔铁锅、打铁做农具门环锁鼻子、换锅底壶底，后来人们不再局盘子了，秦老汉就开始配钥匙修锁，一就是60多年。


秦老汉几乎所有的工具、家具等都是自己亲手打制的，自己家盖房子用石料，也是自己在山上开石头打石头，自己盖起来的。


图片物品 是老人用过的砧子、轨钢、上弯的长扁担等。   扁担长3米多，用整棵槐树加工的，为了防止扁担打滚，两头用固定的铁卡子挂住工具箱。

走乡串户专用扁担，现在还能用。
